Turkey's white-shoe and innovative insulation brand, Izocam, has emerged as a leader in the insulation market, as evidenced by consumer research. The results show that Izocam is the top preferred choice for consumers with insulation needs, with an overwhelming 97 percent recommendation rate among those using Izocam products.
Izocam has conducted another vital study to strengthen consumer satisfaction. The study, which aims to determine consumers' perspectives and needs on insulation, was conducted by the independent research company Sia Insight using the quantitative research method with 446 consumers living in the provinces of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Diyarbakir, and Samsun between January 16-22, 2024. In the research conducted with people who make decisions on insulation-related issues/who have an impact on brand decisions, opinions were obtained from people over the age of 25, 28 percent of whom are women, 72 percent of whom are
men, 69 percent of whom are homeowners, 26 percent of whom are tenants, and 5 percent of whom live in the houses of their acquaintances without paying rent.
İzocam Ranked 1st in All Categories!
İzocam, which consumers associate with offering quality products, being a well-established, strong brand with widespread dealers and good at energy saving, became the “Brand with the Highest Awareness in the Insulation Sector,” according to the research results. It was seen that the brand awareness of İzocam, which was determined as 93 percent in total, reached 100 percent in the group over the age of 65. In the “Most Favorite Insulation Brand” category, 8 out of every 10 consumers said they liked the İzocam brand. In this category, Izocam's score reached 90 percent among female consumers and 100 percent among consumers over 65.
Izocam did not give up its first place in all insulation product categories in the ranking of insulation brands used. While the rate of those who preferred Izocam for thermal insulation was 64 percent, this rate increased to 76 percent among consumers aged 25-34. Izocam became the first brand preferred by consumers, with 66 percent in sound insulation and 53 percent in fitting insulation.
Izocam also succeeded significantly with NPS (Net Promoter Score), an internationally calculated method to measure customer satisfaction and experience. Consumers who had insulation using Izocam products were asked the question, "To what extent would you recommend the Izocam brand you use to your relatives?" and it was seen that 9 out of every ten people who used Izocam products recommended Izocam insulation products to their friends.
Izocam also became the number 1 brand by a wide margin in terms of the possible insulation preferences of potential customers. In all insulation categories, consumers stated that they would choose Izocam if they were to purchase an insulation product. The answer consumers gave to the question, "If you were to purchase an insulation product (heat, sound, etc.) today, which brand would you purchase?" was "Izocam" at 74 percent in thermal insulation, 75 percent in sound insulation, and 64 percent in fitting insulation.
